It was a beautiful Spring afternoon when we paid a visit to Fiennes Park in Maidenhead, Berkshire, making Berkeley Homes’ luxurious new showhome Willow House, surrounded as it is by acres of lush parkland, look all the more desirable!
The detached Willow House – one of 24 houses in this spacious development – is simply stunning and you can sense, as you walk along the paved driveway and immaculate garden, that something special lies ahead.
Designed by award-winning interior specialists Vogue Interiors, the light and airy rooms are unified by an ultra-chic colour scheme of purples and greys.
The ground floor boasts an impressive entrance hall that branches off into a spacious dual aspect drawing room (above) with double doors leading directly into the garden, a sleek open-plan kitchen connected to a dining space big enough for even the most raucous of dinner parties and a library come study room.
Unlike many modern properties, there was also plenty of that all-important storage space, as well as a utility space and compact bathroom.
Upstairs, four of the five double bedrooms have en suites, while the master bedroom also boasts a generously proportioned dressing area.
All the bedrooms are of similar proportions and are arranged around the grand central atrium which floods the building with natural light.
Our favourite room – though without an en suite – was fit for a little princess, with a beautiful arched window offering a prime view of the leafy landscape and surrounding community.
This pretty dusky pink room takes pride of place directly in the centre front of the house.
This stunning new Littlewick Green complex is situated close to some of the most sought-after villages in the South East, with local towns Marlow and Maidenhead only a short drive away.
Prices start from £1,285,000 for a four-bedroom house. For further information, please visit fiennespark.co.uk or call 01628 722 030.
